Submitting a trial class request, contact form, or program inquiry does not guarantee enrollment, class availability, or acceptance into a specific program.
Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club may contact you by phone, email, or text message to follow up on your inquiry, schedule a trial class, provide program details, or answer questions.
Trial classes may be subject to availability, age requirements, safety considerations, and academy approval.
Memberships and Payments
Memberships, tuition, enrollment fees, private lessons, events, camps, uniforms, merchandise, and other services may require payment.
All prices, promotions, offers, and membership options are subject to change at any time unless otherwise stated in a signed membership agreement or written offer from Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the billing terms, commitment period, cancellation policy, notice requirements, and payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
Recurring Billing and Automatic Payments
Some Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club memberships may involve recurring monthly billing or automatic payments. By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the membership terms you accepted.
Recurring billing will continue until the membership is canceled according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Membership cancellations must follow the cancellation terms provided in your membership agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed membership agreement, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club. Verbal requests, social media messages, casual conversations, or informal in-person comments may not be considered formal cancellation notice.

Membership holds, pauses, or freezes may be available only under specific circumstances and must be approved by Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club.
Medical holds, vacation holds, temporary pauses, or billing adjustments may require written notice, documentation, or approval. Approval of one hold or pause does not guarantee approval of future requests.
Terms for holds or pauses may vary depending on the membership type, reason for the request, and current academy policy.
Refund Policy
Payments made to Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club, including but not limited to enrollment fees, tuition, monthly membership dues, private lessons, uniforms, merchandise, camps, seminars, special events, and registration fees, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Missed classes, schedule conflicts, travel, illness, lack of attendance, or voluntary non-use of membership benefits do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or extension.
Class Schedules and Program Changes
Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club may modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, age groups, event details, program availability, or academy hours at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to communicate major schedule changes, closures, holiday hours, or event updates, but we are not responsible for missed classes or inconvenience resulting from schedule adjustments.
